'Defending the UK and its overseas territories'

The Ministry of Defence (MoD) is the British government department responsible for implementing the defence policy set by Her Majesty’s Government, and is the headquarters of the British Armed Forces.

It employs over  67,600 permanent and casual civilian personnel, including Royal Fleet Auxiliaries, Trading Funds and locally engaged civilians. Its role is to protect the security, independence and interests of our country at home and abroad. Working with our allies and partners whenever possible. Their aim is to ensure that the armed forces have the training, equipment and support necessary for their work, and that they keep within their budget.

“The unavoidable price of reliability is simplicity.”

When looking to replace their workflow and database solution for handling orders for paper based products, the MoD ‘paperwork’ team were keen to enhance not only their efficiency, but also their quality of service. They needed to look at both automation and the fundamental working practices of the unit to address the key issues.

Our extensive business and software development experience means we have been working with them now for over 10 years.

Why not call us to see if we can help you.
