Mobile notifications for job updates

Need to make changes to a job, but your workers are already out on the road? Not a problem! Simply update the job information within Formulate’s back-office application, and the assigned user will receive a notification to their smart device.

Whether there has been a job cancellation or you have updated the information, your employees can navigate to their Formulate app for more details.

Real-time alerts keep your workers in the loop, which improves communication between the office and the field. They also help to prevent mistakes because your mobile workforce always has the right information to complete the job correctly, and on time. 

PDF layouts 

Our innovative PDF layout designer allows back-office users to customise mobile form submissions. The designer is accessible from any form, and you can create any number of layouts. 

It has a collection of features so you can build your PDF’s exactly as you wish, including header and footer control, alignment tools, labels, text, tables and many more.

This flexible layout designer allows you to take complete control. 

Attach any document type to your jobs

We have increased the functionality of our document attachment feature, and it’s now possible to attach any document type to jobs. 

From Word documents, Excel sheets and PowerPoints to audio files and images - provide your workforce with the information they need in any format.
