NTBS’ old IT system was unable to fit many of their new processes. Time-consuming workarounds using Excel spreadsheets were costing time and money that prevented business growth in other areas. Triangle worked with NTBS to develop a database application with a modern user interface, based on current software and hardware platforms.
The bespoke software replaced all the existing IT functionality and added in the processes which the old software could not accommodate.
