UK Landscapes provides gritting and ploughing services during winter conditions. They receive critical operational data from the Met Office and a major UK retailer through several external sources, but had no streamlined way to receive, interpret and act on it in real time.
Assigning jobs to crews reliably during winter operations, while meeting service level agreements, was difficult. The gaps created a risk of missed visits, inefficient scheduling and failure to meet customer KPIs during high-pressure winter operations.
Triangle built an intelligent interface that integrates with the Met Office and other external data sources. The system ingests live operational data, interprets it against predefined thresholds, and generates gritting and ploughing jobs when needed. Jobs feed directly into Formulate, so crews complete safety documentation, record job details and provide proof of service delivery within SLA timeframes.
